RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

UNDERWEAR: Due to the nature of the product, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on Underwear. This includes Jockstraps, G-Strings, Thongs, Boxers, Boxer Briefs, Briefs, etc.

SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE 
There are NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS on sale and clearance merchandise. 

ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE 
All other merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with original labels intact. 

There is no RMA needed for this, just send it in. Please be sure to reference your original order number.
